Becoming a client of Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Ltd

If you wish to become a client you need to take the following steps:

• Fill out the Know your Customer questionnaire
• Prepare a package of the documents required as listed in the “ List of required documents”  whether a legal entity or a natural person.

When you have completed the questionnaire and prepared the relevant package of documents, please send them to Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Ltd with note “Attn: Compliance Department” by fax at  +35722681505 or e-mail at compliance@alfacapital.com.cy. Please note that the original questionnaire document and MiFID Consent must be sent to the following address:

In addition to the Questionnaire and document package, you will need to fill and sign the consent form that corresponds to your Client Categorization and also accept Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Ltd Terms of Business.
