Pavel Nazarian, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Nazarian is the Chairman of the Board of directors of Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Ltd. A Russian national and permanent resident of Luxembourg, has been a key officer in the extensive restructuring of Alfa Group’s global interests and structures since the mid -1990’s and has deep experience in corporate governance and unique knowledge of Alfa’s businesses and people.
He is currently the director of the Alfa Finance Group's headquarters, Managing director of the entire international chain of its subsidiaries outside Russian Federation responsible for international compliance, administration, shareholders structure, financial reporting & consolidation, relationship with local authorities. From 1999 to 2002, served as the Chief Financial Officer of international chain of the same organization.

Simon Roache, Chief Executive of Alfa Capital Markets

Mr. Roache is the Chief Executive of Alfa Capital Markets, the branch of Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Ltd in the UK. He is a UK national. Mr. Roache joined Alfa Group in Moscow at 1997 as Head of Direct Investments. He has been in charge of the groups’ London operations since 1999.Before joining Alfa Group, Mr. Roache worked for four years for Flemings Investment Management in Russia, where he was responsible for private equity investments. Prior to this, he had a similar role with the Brooke Group in Moscow during 1992-1993. Before moving to Russia Mr. Roache worked in London for the Russian Narodny Bank (1989-1992).Mr. Roache is a graduate of Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, where he studied Russian and German.

Andrei Glavatskyy, Managing Director

Mr. Glavatskyy is the Managing Director of Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Ltd. He is supervising the day to day activities of the Company.
Mr. Glavatskyy is Ukrainian national. He joined Alfa Group in 2000, before joining the Group he worked for several years at equities and banking business in Kiev, Ukraine. Mr. Glavatskyy is a graduate of National State University of Economics, Kiev.

Dinos Constantinou, Independent Director

Mr. Constantinou graduated in 1987 from the London School of Economics obtaining a BSc in Economics with First Class Honors. He then worked with KPMG London, where he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA), dealing with management, mergers, taxation and auditing.
In 1992, he returned to Cyprus and joined the Bank of Cyprus, specializing in managing companies with financial and management problems. He then became head of the International Business Unit for the Bank of Cyprus.
Mr. Constantinou joined CLR Securities and Financial Services Ltd in 2000 as Senior Manager, Business Development and since then has spearheaded the formation of the Private Banking and Institutional clients' service units.

Yiola Stavraki, Independent Director |

Ms. Yiola Stavraki graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science obtaining an L.L.B. (Bachelor of Laws) and an L.L.M. (Master of Laws) with first class distinction. In 2006, she became member of the Cyprus Bar Association, where she qualified top of her class.
In 2007, she opened up her own law firm (Yiola Stavraki L.L.C), specializing in corporate and commercial law, banking law, as well as property law and litigation. Her clients include some of the largest financial and accounting institutions in Cyprus, as well as other companies both in Cyprus and abroad.
