We maintain priority of the client's interests over the interests of the Company. Our employees put the interests of the clients above their own to avoid any breaches of rules and lawful interests of the Company's clients. We conduct transactions in the interests of the client strictly with in the powers determined in the relevant agreement with the client. Employees of the Company possessing information on the content of a client's instructions are prohibited from conducting transactions in the interests of other clients or their own interests by advancing client's instructions.

We execute our client's transactions with the required professionalism aiming to achieve for them the best possible results. We disclose information to the client on possible changes in the conditions of a transaction, in connection with the changes in security market trends and we use all our efforts to minimise the risks and achieve the best possible price for the client.

Client's orders are kept in confidence and with care. The employees who receive confidential information do not take unfair advantage of it and do not disclose information about operations, accounts and deposits of the clients except in the cases where the disclosure of certain information is required by particular legislatio.
